I am a Software Professional with experience of close to 20 years with reputed companies like Avaya, Lucent Technologies, Motorola, VeriFone HP and BARC / NPCIL. I have managed large teams working on multiple software development and test projects in Network Management, Wireless and Internet Commerce domains. I have also headed the Quality Management function for Lucent Technologies in India. I have also consulted companies on Offshore Development, Agile Methodologies, Program and Project Management, Software Engineering Processes and Tools, Software Testing and Software Quality. I am a Certified Scrum Master, Trained Six Sigma BlackBelt and became a Certified Software Quality Engineer from ASQ in 1999

At present, I am working with Alcatel-Lucent at Chennai, India and am leading a team testing the Network Management software for Access products. Major areas of interest in the current role include Test Automation, Agile Testing, Solution Testing including multiple products developed by Global teams, Performance Testing etc.
